String Bean Harvester Acquired 2022

This has developed into kind of an All-or-Nothing situation now. Simply put, we need to realize a big grant to allow us to start this project adding to the developed capabilities of The Potato Project, and the Sustainability Projects (Field Corn & Soybeans) supporting IHH Food Projects – being The String Bean and Sweet Corn Projects. The equipment above as listed is all new at the proposed $200K project startup target. We can utilize used and refurbished equipment just as well saving thousands of dollars, though sacrificing reliability and durability expense. I have no idea how we will achieve this campaign, but the dream is out there. If you cannot dream it, you cannot realize it, that's for sure. Enabling this would triple our current fresh produce capacity. All to produce fresh food for donation to hungry neighbors in need. L'chaim! -/wz
